Atelier Holm

A concept site for an architecture and build studio, told in one long scroll where photographs morph into arch-shaped masks, orbit the screen and open into full-frame project pages.

ScopeDesign · Front-end build · Scroll motion engine · SVG mask animation

Built withHTML · CSS · JavaScript (no libraries) · SVG clip-paths

  • No dependencies: one requestAnimationFrame loop drives every scroll effect with transform-only writes
  • The hero photo's SVG clip-path morphs from a rectangle into an arch as it shrinks, across a 230vh pinned section
  • 12 photographs orbit the centre on ellipses through a 620vh pinned section, then spiral out and leave one behind
  • Four project pages, each a 200vh pin where the arch grows to full frame and the page background tints to that project
The opening: the ATELIER HOLM wordmark over a white house by a pool, with the line “Architecture drawn slowly. Built to outlive us.”
Photographs of houses cut into arch and pebble shapes orbit a short paragraph about the studio.A project page: “Kestrel House” in large type beside the house photographed inside an arch-shaped mask.

Meridian

A concept site for a residential development, using the devices of high-end property launches: a curtain-split hero, a photo-inside-photo zoom, marquee section headers and a multi-speed gallery.

ScopeDesign · Front-end build · Scroll choreography · Location map with travel times

Built withHTML · CSS · JavaScript · GSAP 3.12.5 + ScrollTrigger · Lenis 1.1.13

  • The hero is one photograph cut in two; the halves slide apart across a 260vh pinned section
  • Four photographs zoom one inside the next across a 460vh section, and the last stops at full frame and holds
  • Location map with five pins and Driving / Walking tabs whose travel times count up on switch
  • Gallery of three photo columns scrubbed at different speeds
The opening: MERIDIAN and “Live and Create” in thin capitals over a city avenue lined with towers.
The zoom: a living room photograph growing out of the middle of another room. The gallery: three columns of house and interior photographs, each at a different height.

Kanak

A concept site for an Amritsari kulcha restaurant in Brampton, opening on a scroll-scrubbed sky film with a 3D kulcha in front of the type, then a full menu and a pickup order flow.

ScopeDesign · Front-end build · WebGL scene and 3D model optimisation · Menu · Pickup order flow

Built withHTML · CSS · JavaScript (ES modules) · three.js 0.169.0 · GLSL · Node.js dev server · gltfpack

  • A 400vh scroll-scrubbed opening where a GLSL shader pans a virtual camera across two pixel-aligned sky plates
  • A 57,686-triangle kulcha model on its own WebGL canvas above the type; it turns over in the film and makes one full revolution in a 250vh section
  • 39 menu items in 6 categories, each with an Add button that fills a pickup bag
  • The bag is kept in localStorage, with 13% HST and quarter-hour pickup slots inside 10am–midnight hours; no payment is taken and nothing is sent
The opening: “Taste what you were told about” over a dusk sky, with a golden 3D kulcha rising from the bottom of the frame.

Denny Autoworks

A concept site for a vehicle service workshop, built around moving footage: a hero carousel, tabbed video panels and an in-car screen mock-up that plays the service report.

ScopeDesign · Front-end build · Video-led sections · Enquiry form (front end only)

Built withHTML · CSS · JavaScript · GSAP 3.12.5 + ScrollTrigger · Lenis 1.0.42

  • Four-slide hero carousel that advances every 7 seconds, with arrows and dots
  • Three service tabs, each a panel of three looping videos that play only while on screen
  • A car head-unit mock-up built in HTML and SVG that plays a service video when scrolled into view
  • Lenis smooth scroll synced to ScrollTrigger, with scrubbed image zoom on the signage and dash sections
The opening slide: “Care for every mile” over a hand on a steering wheel at dusk.
The head-unit mock-up: a car dashboard screen playing a service video, with climate readouts below.“Service designed for every drive”, with three tabs above a panel of three looping videos.

Kettle & Quill

A concept site for a fictional café, cake counter and reading room in Brampton: it opens on a film that walks through the room, gives every photograph depth, and ends in a full menu with a pickup basket.

ScopeDesign · Shot list for the photography · Front-end build · WebGL depth and hero film · Menu · Pickup order flow

Built withVite · TypeScript · GSAP · Lenis · WebGL · Depth Anything V2 (ONNX) · ffmpeg

  • The photographs were generated from our own written shot list, so no real café, room or dish is shown
  • Every photograph has a depth map and is drawn by one shared WebGL canvas, with the plain image kept underneath
  • A 20.5-second seamless opening film, rendered from five photographs of the room
  • 30 menu items in six chapters; items without a photo are dotted rows and never borrow one
  • The pickup basket offers slots from the opening hours, says before the button that nothing is sent, and copies the order instead
  • 16 written sample reviews round a table, and the page says they are samples
The opening: “Stay for another chapter” over a wall of books, a hand taking one down beside a black steel ladder.
The menu: five signature drinks in the same tall glass, with prices and add buttons, beside a photo of three drinks and a slice of cheesecake.“Overheard at the table”: short sample reviews in speech bubbles around a latte on a round table.

What we believe

Most people meet your business on a phone, half paying attention. In those seconds the website is the shop.

So we make pages that open before the doubt does, in words that sound like you on a good day.

For businesses that want to be not just found, but  chosen.

Be the answer.

People don't search any more. They ask, and something answers. Keep scrolling to watch, or press play to hear Orki tell it.

  1. Today, people don't search. They ask, and something answers.
  2. New, or forty years in, it's the same question: will the answer be you?
  3. Google and AI recommend what they can understand. So your website has to say who you are, clearly and beautifully.
  4. We build that home for your brand,
  5. then the systems that answer, book and remind while you rest.
  6. Spring · open, Summer · a queue, Fall · a second shop, Winter · still glowing. The world keeps changing. Grow with it.
  7. Orkvale Studios. Be the answer.
  1. Night on a miniature street. Upstairs, someone's phone asks 'Best bakery near me?' and gets three picks: Rosa's Bakery, Crumb & Co and Northline Bakes.

Today, people don't search. They ask, and something answers.

  2. Morning. Noor hangs her first sign, Noor's Bakery, on day one. Mr. Dass wipes the counter of Dass Family Kitchen, there since 1984. The phone's top picks have an empty slot marked 'you?'.

New, or forty years in, it's the same question: will the answer be you?

  3. Noor's website in a call-out, each part ticked as it is read: her name, who she is, what she makes, her hours, a five-star review.

Google and AI recommend what they can understand. So your website has to say who you are, clearly and beautifully.

  4. On a laptop, her colours, photo, logo and words come together into her site, stamped LIVE.

We build that home for your brand,

  5. The owners are home. Noor's phone answered a late birthday-cake order at 11:48 pm. At 9:00 am Mr. Dass's phone sent a pickup reminder and booked a table for six.

then the systems that answer, book and remind while you rest.

  6. A year on the street: a queue outside Noor's Bakery, and a second Noor's Bakery open next door.

Spring · open, Summer · a queue, Fall · a second shop, Winter · still glowing

The world keeps changing. Grow with it.

  7. Snow at night. The same phone asks again: Noor's Bakery is first in the answer, and 'Family dinner tonight?' brings up Dass Family Kitchen.

Process

How a project runs

Four steps, in order, with you in the loop at each one. Nothing gets built before it's agreed.

  1. 01

    Discover

A call about your business, your customers and what the project has to achieve.

  2. 02

    Design

Structure and visual direction, shared for your feedback before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build

Development, content and testing on real phones, with progress you can see.

  4. 04

    Launch & care

Going live, hand-over, and optional ongoing care once it's out in the world.

  • Fast on real phones

Text and buttons appear in under two seconds on 4G. The 3D arrives after, never before.

  • Accessible by default

Keyboard navigation, readable contrast and a reduced-motion version are part of the build.

  • You own everything

Your domain, your accounts, your code. Nothing is held hostage to a monthly fee.

  • One person, start to finish

You talk to the person building it, from the first call to the day it goes live.

Coming soon

Something new for marketing.

From Orkvale Studios.

It works quietly, every day, while you run the place. We'll show you more when it's ready.

Tell me when it's ready

One email, when it's ready.

Read the script
  1. Every street has a place people walk past.
  2. Good food. Good people. Quiet Tuesday nights.
  3. Most marketing tries to fix that by getting louder.
  4. We're building something that works the other way. Quietly, every day, while you run the place.
  5. We can't show you all of it yet.

Questions

Things people ask first

Straight answers. For anything specific to your business, Orki or a short note will get you a real one from Vishal.

How long does a website take?

It depends on the scope. After a short call you get a plan with dates before anything starts, and one person to ask whenever you want an update.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted after a short conversation about what you need. You get a fixed price for an agreed scope, and the quote comes from Vishal, not a calculator.

Do you only work with businesses in Brampton?

No. The studio is in Brampton and most clients are across the GTA, but everything from the first call to launch can happen remotely.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Yes. We start with a review of what you have, then either improve it or rebuild it, whichever gives you the better result for the money.

What does AI automation look like for a small business?

Usually the repetitive parts: replying to enquiries, booking, chasing invoices, pulling the weekly numbers. We connect the tools you already use so those things happen without anyone copying and pasting.

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

If you want to. Sites that change often get an editor you can use; sites that rarely change stay simpler and faster, with updates handled under website care.
